Explanation: This is a series I did for Discovery News documenting the Cornell University Lab of Ornithology’s search for the elusive, at best - or extinct, at worst - Ivory-billed Woodpecker. I was only down in the bayou for two days, but they were long days, and I got enough footage for 4 segments, which I edited into two main stories and two vlogs. It was a great shoot with some fantastic visuals and interviews - basically all I had to do was point the camera in the right direction, the area and story was so rich. Unfortunately, we didn’t find the bird on my watch.
