This is a series I did from the Wye House archaeological dig near Easton, Maryland. University of Maryland researchers had spent three years on this site - a former slave village that was once the childhood home of abolitionist Frederick Douglass. I edited two segments on the dig, plus a more casual “Cool Jobs” feature on one of the archaeologists working on the site. Some video was shot back in February (inside the lab), while the site footage was taken in late June.
